healthy pancakes

we all love pancakes but there mostly unhealthy here`s a healthy pancake recipe

1 cup SR flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon castor sugar

1 cup milk

1 egg

mix both dry ingredients in a bowl(flour,salt,sugar) and the wet ingredients(milk,egg) in a separate bowl then add both together turn on stove to high and spray cooking spray on a pan then put pan on stove add as much mixture as you want depending on how big you want it wait for it to bubble then flip over with a spatula then wait for around the same timeĀ  you did with the first side put on a plate add sugar lemon strawberries jam maple syrup banana or anything you want on top then eat

pesto pasta

ingredients-

pesto

pasta pennea

method-

cook pasta as you normally would(it should say on the pack)

put pasta in big bowl add pesto and mix till well combined

this recipe is perfect for a quick meal or snack on the weekend i had a dance concert my mum made this for me and just put it in a container its perfect for a little snack backstage when you get hungry
