healthy pancakes

we all love pancakes but there mostly unhealthy here`s a healthy pancake recipe

1 cup SR flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon castor sugar

1 cup milk

1 egg

mix both dry ingredients in a bowl(flour,salt,sugar) and the wet ingredients(milk,egg) in a separate bowl then add both together turn on stove to high and spray cooking spray on a pan then put pan on stove add as much mixture as you want depending on how big you want it wait for it to bubble then flip over with a spatula then wait for around the same time  you did with the first side put on a plate add sugar lemon strawberries jam maple syrup banana or anything you want on top then eat

pesto pasta

ingredients-

pesto

pasta pennea

method-

cook pasta as you normally would(it should say on the pack)

put pasta in big bowl add pesto and mix till well combined

this recipe is perfect for a quick meal or snack on the weekend i had a dance concert my mum made this for me and just put it in a container its perfect for a little snack backstage when you get hungry

simple muffins

simple muffins

ingredients-

2 cups self raising flour

1/4 cup sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup milk

method-

1 preheat oven to 200 degrees

2.mix all wet ingredients in a bowl

3.mix all dry ingredients in a different bowl

4.mix both together  do not over mix just combine

5.spray muffin tin with cooking spray or line with cupcake holders

6.put mixture into muffin tin

7.bake for 10-20 minutes or until you can put in a skewer and it comes out clean

cool for 10 minutes

tip- also try 3/4 cup of choc bits or 1 cup of any fruit like raspberries or banana to dry ingredients

apple and berry crumble

apple and berry crumble

ingredients-

500g frozen berries thawed

1/4 cup wholemeal flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon cinnamon

50g chilled butter chopped

method-

1.preheat oven to 180c

2.pour berries into a pot and sprinkle extra brown sugar

3.put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until it looks like bread crumbs.sprinkle on top of berries.

4.bake for 30 minutes or until the crumble is golden
